- 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
- 1 medium clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
- 2 cans (10 3/4 oz. each) condensed chicken broth
- 1 1/2 c. water
Directions

1In 3-quart casserole dish, combine chicken, celery, garlic and ginger.

2Cover with lid; microwave on High 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring once during cooking.
