  • meat of 1 boiled chicken, chopped
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 3 1/2 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 c. bread crumbs

Directions

    Combine sour cream, cream cheese, parsley flakes, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

    Mix well.

    Add chopped chicken.

    Stir. Put 1 tablespoon of mixture in center of crescent roll.

    Fold into a triangle.

    Pinch to seal edges.

    Dip in butter, then bread crumbs.

    Repeat.

    Bake on a well-greased cookie sheet for 25 to 30 minutes at 350° or until golden.
