  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. beer
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c. toasted, slivered almonds
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms

    Dredge chicken in flour, salt and pepper.

    Brown in butter, then place in casserole dish.
