- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 c. cubed chicken
- 1/3 c. onion
- 8 oz. bag frozen vegetables (peas and carrots)
- 1 can refrigerator biscuits
Directions

1In 10-inch skillet, melt margarine.

2Blend in flour, salt and pepper.

3Add chicken broth and milk.

4Cook, stirring, until thickened.

5Add chicken, onion, peas and carrots.

6Simmer until hot and bubbly.

7Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

8Bake biscuits according to can.

9Serves 4. You can also make Bisquick biscuits.
