- 1 can (10) Hungry Jack Biscuits
- 4 ounce. med. Cheddar cheese (grated)
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into sm. chunks
Directions

1Mix together: 1/2 c. lowfat milk

2In lightly greased casserole dish, spread a biscuit (about double in size).

3Put chicken and cheese on biscuit then cover with another biscuit (spread, squeeze edges together to create turtle shell - continue to complete can, yields 5).

4Bake at 400, 8-10 min or possibly till tops are golden.

5Remove from oven and pour soup-lowfat milk mix over biscuits.

6Return to oven.

7Bake 5-10 min or possibly till soup bubbles.
