- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 2/3 c. milk
- 3/4 c. long grain rice (uncooked)
- 4 oz. can mushrooms, stems and pieces (undrained)
- 1 envelope Lipton's onion soup mix
- 6 chicken breasts (1/2 breasts)
- paprika
Directions

1Blend mushroom soup and milk; set aside 1/2 cup.

2Combine one portion of the soup mixture with rice, mushrooms and onion soup mix.

3Pour into baking dish.

4Arrange chicken breasts on top, (skin side up) and pour the rest of the soup mixture over them and sprinkle with paprika.

5Cover tightly with foil and bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.

6Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer to brown.
