- 8 whole breasts, boned and skinned, or breast halves may be used
- bacon strips
- 1/4 lb. chipped dried beef or Buddig beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
Directions

1Roll each chicken breast with 1/2 bacon strip.

2Place chipped beef, pulled apart, on bottom of baking dish.

3Place breasts over beef.

4Mix soup and sour cream together and pour over chicken. Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight.

5Bake, uncovered. (Although, if in oven for a long time, baste occasionally or cover with foil.)

6Bake for 2 hours at 300°.
