- 6 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and split in 2
- 1 pkg. dried beef
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions

1Tear dried beef and place in bottom of roaster or cake pan. Place chicken breasts on top of dried beef.

2Mix soup and sour cream together and pour over chicken breasts.

3Cover and bake at 300° for 3 hours.

4Remove cover and bake another 1/2 hour.

5Serve hot with wild rice, regular rice or noodles.
