- 1 kg Basmah rice
- 2 chickens
- 3/4 c. yogurt
- 1 c. ghee
- 3 big onions, chopped
- garlic, chopped
- 10 ??? green chillies, sliced
- 5 cm ginger, pounded
- 1 Tbsp. cumin
- 6 cloves
- 3 sticks cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. saffron
- 4 to 5 c. chicken stock
- salt to taste
Directions

1Cut chicken into pieces and debone.

2Use chicken bones to make stock and strain.

3Wash and drain rice.

4Soak chicken in yogurt for about 45 minutes.

5Soak saffron in a little hot water for 10 minutes.

6Fry cumin without oil and pound finely.
