  • 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped yellow onion
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 10 tbsp cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups finely sliced sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 tspn kosher salt
  • 1/2 tspn white pepper
