- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- juice of 1 lemon or 2 Tbsp. bottled juice
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 1 (9-inch) pie crust
Directions

1Beat egg yolks.

2Add sugar, flour, margarine, lemon juice and lemon extract. Mix well.

3Beat egg whites separately until stiff, fold into other ingredients.

4Pour into a baked pie shell and bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.
