- 1/2 c. tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp. fresh onion, minced
- 1 c. canned tomatoes, juice included (1/2 of 16 oz. can)
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 4 (8 oz. each) chicken cutlets
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except chicken, crushing large tomato pieces.

2Cover chicken with mixture and simmer for 30 minutes, covered, then 15 to 20 minutes, uncovered, until fork-tender. Serves 4.
