- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1 chicken (about 3 lb.), cut into pieces or 4 half breasts
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (16 to 18 oz.) jar Ortega green chili salsa
- 1 (1.5 oz.) pkg. spaghetti sauce mix (Lawry's original style)
- 1 (10 oz.) can Snap-E Tom
Directions

1Heat salad oil.

2Add chicken and brown lightly.

3Sprinkle salt over chicken.

4Combine salsa, spaghetti sauce mix and Snap-E Tom. Mix well.

5(Can add small amount of water, if needed.)

6Pour mixture over chicken.

7Cover and simmer until tender.

8Serve with spaghetti.
