- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
- 4 green peppers, chopped
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 2 cans tomatoes
- 1 tsp. mace
- 2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 box raisins
- blanched almonds
- 3 c. cut-up cooked chicken
- salt and pepper to taste
- cooking oil
Directions

1Saute parsley, peppers and onions in oil.

2Add tomatoes, mace, curry powder, salt and pepper.

3Simmer 45 minutes.

4Add raisins and chicken.

5Cook 20 minutes longer.

6Serve over rice with almonds on top.
