  • 5 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 (16 oz.) large sour cream
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) Pepperidge Farm stuffing
  • 1 can chicken broth

Directions

    Boil chicken 45 minutes.

    Allow to cool; break into small pieces.

    Mix together in large glass baking dish chicken, sour cream, mushrooms and mushroom soup.

    In large bowl, mix stuffing, broth and melted butter.

    Spread evenly over chicken.

    Bake at 400° for 35 minutes.

    Serve with cranberry sauce.
