  • 1 lb. boneless breasts, cut into small strips
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chiles
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 corn tortillas, cut into sixths
  • shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

    Brown chicken. Add tomatoes and soup.

    Simmer 20 minutes. Layer tortillas, chicken and cheese.

    Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.
