- 6 chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 large pkg. Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 medium onion
- 1 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 small bell pepper
- 2 stalks celery
Directions

1Boil chicken breasts until done, saving broth.

2Chop onion, celery, and bell pepper.

3Melt margarine, saute onion, celery, and bell pepper.

4When vegetables are cooked until almost done, stir in bread crumbs and stir until moist.

5Mix the soups together. Spray 2 1/2

6or 3 quart casserole dish.

7Put half of bread crumbs and vegetables in bottom of dish.

8Put soups and chicken on top of this.

9Put rest of crumbs on top.

10Pour broth over all of it. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
