- 3 c. white chicken, cooked (about 3 halves chicken breast)
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 3/4 c. frozen peas
- 2 Tbsp. chopped or dry onion
- 1 c. milk
- dash of pepper
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing or stuffing (cellophane bag)
- 1/4 lb. butter or margarine
Directions

1Boil, bone and cut up chicken.

2Mix milk, soup, chicken, peas and onions.

3Melt butter, pour over stuffing mix. Put 1/2 stuffing in casserole, pour chicken mix over top with rest of stuffing. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
