Ingredients

  • 3 c. white chicken, cooked (about 3 halves chicken breast)
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup
  • 3/4 c. frozen peas
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped or dry onion
  • 1 c. milk
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing or stuffing (cellophane bag)
  • 1/4 lb. butter or margarine

Directions

    Boil, bone and cut up chicken.

    Mix milk, soup, chicken, peas and onions.

    Melt butter, pour over stuffing mix. Put 1/2 stuffing in casserole, pour chicken mix over top with rest of stuffing. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
