- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 soup cans milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 broiler fryer chicken (3 to 3 1/2 lb.), cut up
Directions

1About 3 hours before serving time, mix together the rice, soup and milk.

2Pour into baking dish.

3Place chicken pieces, skin side down, over the rice.

4Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.

5Bake in slow oven for 3 hours.

6Turn chicken pieces over after 1 1/2 hours of baking.
