- 1 chicken or breasts and thighs equivalent to chicken
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Stove Top dressing
Directions

1Cook chicken.

2Remove skin and bones; tear or cut chicken into bite size pieces.

3Mix together chicken soup (do not dilute) and sour cream.

4Add to chicken and stir.

5Prepare Stove Top stuffing according to package directions or use chicken broth instead of water (omit butter).

6Put chicken mixture in buttered casserole dish.

7Put stuffing on top.

8Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 1/2 hour. This can be prepared a day ahead and then baked before serving. Allow a little more time for baking if it has been refrigerated. If you use broth for the stuffing, be careful of the salt.

9It may make the stuffing too salty.
