Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast halves, cooked in light salt water
- 3/4 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 c. onions, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 can water chestnuts, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 small can French fried onions
Directions

1Cut chicken in large chunks (no skin).

2Add celery, peppers, onions, cream of mushroom soup (do not add water to soup), mayonnaise, water chestnuts and lemon juice.

3Mix well.

4Put in casserole dish.

5Cook 15 minutes at 350°.

6Vegetables will be crunchy.

7Take out of oven.

8Place French fried onions over it. Put back in oven; cook for 5 minutes.

9Serve hot.
