  • 4 pieces chicken breast
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 stick margarine
  • crackers (Town House or Ritz)

Directions

    Stew chicken; take off bone and break into small pieces.

    Mix soups and sour cream together.

    Add chicken.

    Pour into casserole. Crumble crackers over top of chicken mixture.

    Melt margarine and pour over crackers.

    Place in a 350° oven until lightly brown and bubbly.
