- 1 (3 lb.) fryer or 4 chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken or celery soup
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Boil chicken until tender; debone.

2Arrange meat in bottom of greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch greased baking pan.

3Save 2 cups broth. Mix broth with soup; bring to boil.

4Pour over chicken.

5Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.

6Bake at 425° for 30 minutes.
