- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing (cornbread)
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 8 chicken breast halves
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 2 c. cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. chicken broth (from chicken)
Directions

1Spray casserole with Pam.

2Casserole size is 2 x 8 x 15-inches.

3Boil breasts until tender.

4Bone and cut in bite-size chunks.

5Put 1/2 of dressing in bottom of casserole.

6Place chicken chunks on top of dressing.

7Add diced onions.

8Put 2 cups mushroom soup and 8 ounces sour cream in blender.

9Blend thoroughly.

10Pour over chicken.

11Cover with balance of dressing. Dot with butter.

12Cook for 45 minutes at 375°.
