- 3 lb. fryer
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small bell pepper, chopped
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 lb. cheese
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, drained and mashed
- 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 1 box small shells/macaroni
Directions

1Boil fryer seasoned with salt and pepper.

2Remove from bone. Reserve 1 1/2 quarts broth and boil shells in broth.

3Do not drain. Saute pepper and onions in margarine.

4To the shells, add mushrooms and cheese (cut in small pieces).

5Add tomatoes, peppers and onions.

6Stir lightly and put in large greased casserole dish. Bake 40 minutes at 350°.
