- 16 oz. can cream-style corn
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped pimento
Directions

1Mix all together, except 1 cup grated cheese.

2Butter 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Pour in mixture and cover with cheese.

4Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
