- 1 c. rice (uncooked)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6 to 8 pieces boneless chicken
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Put rice in greased baking dish.

2Pour boiling water over rice and stir.

3Add salt; mix well.

4Spread chicken on top of rice mix. In separate bowl, combine soups and 1/2 cup water and blend until smooth.

5Pour over chicken.

6Add pepper to taste.

7Cut stick of butter and dot on top.

8Bake at 300° for 2 hours covering the first hour.
