- 1 c. raw celery, chopped
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (or celery or mushroom)
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1/2 c. sliced almonds (optional)
- 1 c. crushed cornflakes
Directions

1Mix the first 8 ingredients and put in buttered casserole. Mix crushed cornflakes with 1/4 to 1/2 cup of melted butter and sprinkle over chicken mixture.

2Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
