Ingredients

  • 3 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
  • 1 12 cups celery, chopped
  • 1 12 cups nuts, chopped (toasted, slivered almonds)
  • 3 cups cooked rice (long grain best)
  • 1 12 cups mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons onions, chopped
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 1 teaspoon salt (can be omitted)
  • 34 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 chicken, bouillion cubes
  • 34 cup water
  • potato chips, crushed

Directions

    Dissolve bouillion cubes in water.

    Combine all ingredients, mixing thoroughly.

    (Save a few almonds & chips for the top).

    Place in a 9 x 14 casserole.

    Cover with crushed potato chips and almonds.

    Bake at 400 for 45 minutes or until heated through.
