- 2/3 c. long grain rice
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans water
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
Directions

1Grease a large casserole dish.

2Combine rice and onion soup; place over bottom of casserole.

3Place chicken on top of mixture. Pour 2 cans of water and can of soup over chicken.

4Bake in a 350° oven for 2 1/2 hours.
