  • 1 box Ritz crackers
  • 6 or 8 chicken breasts or 2 whole chickens
  • 2 cans soup (1 cream of onion and 1 cream of celery)
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. chicken stock
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 stick butter or margarine

Directions

    Butter oblong Pyrex dish or 2 square ones.

    Crumble 1/2 box of Ritz into Pyrex dish.

    Cut up 1/2 stick of margarine on top of crackers.

    Cut chicken into bite size pieces.

    Add 2 layers of chicken and water chestnuts.
