- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 8 oz. sliced Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. white wine or water
- 1 box stuffing mix
- 1/4 lb. butter or margarine
Directions

1Lay chicken breast pieces in large (11 x 13-inch) baking pan. Layer slices of Swiss cheese over chicken.

2Stir white wine or water into soup; pour over cheese.

3Melt butter and mix into stuffing.

4(Ignore the stuffing package instructions.)

5Layer stuffing mixture over the soup.

6Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 300°.
