Chicken Chalupas

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, cooked, deboned and diced
  • 3 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 large can green chiles, diced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 3/4 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 12 small flour tortillas

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together, except tortillas and only half the cheeses.

    Put 3 tablespoons of mixture in each tortilla.

    Roll up and place in a greased baking dish.

    Pour rest of mixture over tortillas.

    Sprinkle remaining cheeses over all.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
