  • 4 cups cubed cooked chicken breasts
  • 3 12 cups water
  • 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) candiced potatoes, drained
  • 1 (16 ounce) packageprocess cheese, cubed (Velveeta)

Directions

    In a Dutch oven, combine the first five ingredients.

    Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
