  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
  • 2 c. seeded, chopped tomato
  • 2 Tbsp. minced green onions
  • 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • vegetable cooking spray
  • 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken breast
  • 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. water
  • 1 1/3 c. soft bread crumbs, toasted
