- 2 lb. boneless chicken, coarse ground in meat processor
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 3 c. water
- 5 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
Directions

1In kettle, saute onion and garlic in oil until limp.

2Add ground chicken and braise.

3Add water and tomato sauce.

4Add remaining dry ingredients.

5Mix well, cover and simmer 4 hours. Makes 8 servings.
