- 3-4 lb. chicken pieces
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. onion
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 thyme
- 1/2 cup celery salt
- 1 1/3 cup water
- 1 cup rice
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Roll chicken in flour.

2Saute (brown) in butter until brown. Mix soup, onion, seasoning in saucepan, gradually stir in water. Bring to a boil stirring constantly.

3Pour rice into shallow 2 qt. casserole dish.

4Stir in all ingredients, except 1/2 cup of soup mixture, into rice.

5Top with chicken and pour remaining soup mixture over chicken.

6Cove, and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour in a preheated 375 degree oven.
