  • 1 (8 1/2 oz) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 (16 oz) can whole kernel corn with juice
  • 1 (16 oz) can creamed corn
  • 1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes and green chiles
  • 1 chopped onion (opt)
  • 1 c (8 oz) sour cream
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 c grated cheese

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in large bowl until blended.

    Pour into a 2 qt baking (9 x 13 inch glass) dish.

    Bake, uncovered at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until lightly browned and set.
