- 1 (1 1/4 lb.) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 oz. ham
- 2 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 oz. corn flake crumbs
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
Directions

1Separate chicken breasts in half.

2Pound each piece to flatten.

3Place 1/2 ounce ham in each piece, in the middle.

4Add 1/2 ounce Monterey Jack cheese on top of the ham.

5Fold chicken breast over and seal edges.

6Dip each piece in the corn flake crumbs and salt mixture.

7Coat well.

8Place in shallow baking pan, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

9Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes.
