  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 qt. bag frozen or fresh white corn
  • 1 c. uncooked thin egg noodles

Directions

    Cook chicken breasts with salt and pepper in 3 quarts water until tender.

    Remove, cool and chop chicken.
