- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can creamy chicken soup
- 3/4 c. diced celery
- 2/3 c. water chestnuts, sliced
- 1/2 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
Directions

1Combine first 6 ingredients in order.

2Mix until well blended. Pour into greased 8-inch square pan.

3Bake, covered, at 325° for 45 minutes.

4Remove from oven.

5Sprinkle chow mein noodles over top.

6Bake 10 minutes (uncovered) longer or until brown.

7Serve on rice or noodles or by itself.

8Can also add extra chow mein noodles on your plate.
