  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour

Directions

    Cream margarine, cream cheese and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.

    Gradually mix in flour until dough is smooth.

    Press dough into 1 1/2-inch muffin tins.

    Pierce each shell with a fork. Bake in a 350° oven until golden brown (18 to 20 minutes).

    Cool in pan.

    Makes 2 dozen small tarts.
