Chicken Crunch On Ham

- 4 bones, halved chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 8 slices ham
- 1/2 stick butter
Directions

1Roll chicken in the combined mushroom, milk, onion and parsley, then in finely crushed Pepperidge Farm stuffing.

2Butter baking dish or shallow pan.

3Place slices of ham in pan, then boned chicken on each piece of ham.

4Melt butter and spoon over each piece of chicken.

5Cover with foil, punctured to make holes the size of colander holes.

6Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

7Can be prepared for baking a day in advance.

8Serves 8.
