- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 4 c. cooked chicken
- 1 c. chicken stock
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. curry powder
Directions

1Fry onions in butter.

2Add flour, salt, curry powder and chicken stock.

3Stir constantly until mixture is thick.

4Add milk, lemon juice and chicken.

5Heat well.

6(May be made in advance and reheated.)

7Serve over rice with chopped bacon or chutney, diced pineapple and coconut.
