  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 whole chicken, cut up, skinned
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. curry powder
  • 10 crushed saltine crackers
  • 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Directions

    Melt butter in pan.

    Cook chicken until lightly browned. Remove from pan.

    Arrange in 9 x 13 inch pan.

    Mix together soup, mayo and curry.

    Spread over chicken.

    Sprinkle crackers on top. Cook at 350° for 1 hour.

    Sprinkle cheese on top the last five minutes.

    Serve with rice.
