Chicken Delicious

Directions

   Arrange potato quarters in large, shallow 3-quart casserole. Mix seasonings and sprinkle half of it over the potatoes.

   Arrange chicken and sausage over the potatoes.

   (You can either cut up sausage or remove from casing and lay little sausage balls on top of the chicken.)

   Pour oil over and sprinkle on remaining seasonings.

   Cover and bake at 425° for 45 minutes.

   Reduce heat to 375° and bake for 30 minutes more or until nicely browned.
