- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 bunch fresh broccoli, steamed and chopped
- 3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 3 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Pound out each chicken breast, then season them with salt and pepper.

2Mix together chopped broccoli, cheese and eggs in large bowl.

3Add the bread crumbs a little at a time until mixture binds together.

4Place a spoonful of broccoli-cheese mixture in the center of each chicken breast.

5Fold the sides of the chicken breast into the center to seal in broccoli-cheese mixture.

6Fasten with toothpick.

7Place in baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam.

8If there is broccoli-cheese mixture left over, spoon it around the chicken breasts in the dish.

9Brush tops of chicken breasts with melted butter and season with salt, pepper and paprika.

10Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

11Serve with chicken gravy, if desired.
