- 6 skinless chicken breasts
- 1 c. diced tomato
- 2/3 c. diced red bell pepper
- 1 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 2/3 c. chopped green onion
- 2/3 c. chopped mushrooms
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1/3 c. white wine
- 1/4 c. white Worcestershire
Directions

1Melt butter in saute pan; blanch garlic in melted butter until translucent.

2Add tomato, green onion, red bell pepper, mushrooms and Worcestershire.

3Spread mustard onto chicken breasts and add to saute pan; add half of the white wine.

4Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

5Turn chicken; add remaining white wine; cover and cook another 10 minutes.

6Makes 6 servings.
