- 1 large hen, cooked, skinned and bones removed (save broth)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Mix eggs, water, salt, flour and oil well and roll out very thin.

2Cut into 2-inch squares.

3Drop into boiling broth and add pepper to taste.

4Cover pan and cook for 15 minutes over low heat. Do not remove cover until time is up.

5Add chicken and heat, if needed.
