  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 doz. small flour tortillas
  • 3 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small can green chilies, chopped
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 c. chicken broth

    Cook chicken and remove bones and skin.

    Cut chicken in small pieces.

    Mix soup, sour cream, chilies and cheese and then add approximately 1 cup chicken broth.

    Mix 1/2 of mixture with chicken.

    Spread small amount of mixture without chicken in two 9 x 13-inch pans.

    Put chicken mixture in tortillas one at a time and roll and place in pan.

    Spread remaining sauce over top; sprinkle with a small amount of cheese and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
